On October 6-7, Federal Reserve Bank of New York President John C. Williams will travel to Buffalo to meet in-person with leaders in government, business, education, and community development.  On Thursday, October 6, President Williams will meet with Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz to hear about his economic plan and key initiatives underway in the region. He will then head to a site visit at the Peace Bridge–the second most heavily used border crossing between the United States and Canada–to learn how cross-border traffic has evolved since the pandemic as well as the bridge's important impact on both the supply chain and regional economy.
